For bushcraft expert and Kansas Outdoor Corps ambassador, Bill Horn, the outdoors is more than just a place, it's an escape. As a Florida native, Bill was surprised at just how much the Kansas outdoors has to offer. KOC exists to share the beauty of the outdoor experience and to show the world the great places a bike, boat, or good pair of boots can take you.
KOC participated in a guided pheasant hunt at Eckman Hunting Preserve. For most it was the first time participating in a guided hunt and for a few it was the first ever hunting experience. It was a day filled with new friendships and great stories.
